Toyota Taisor :- Toyota, Japan’s leading vehicle manufacturer, is set to introduce its most affordable SUV, the Taisor, in the Indian market. The SUV Taisor is expected to come with a range of features from the company. At the time of launch, it will be available at what price point.
Toyota will unveil its sub-four-meter coupe SUV based on its Fronx in India. The company recently released its teaser. It will be the fourth product under the Maruti-Toyota alliance, following the Baleno-Glanza, Grand Vitara-Hi-Rider, and the Haycross-InVikto.

The upcoming collaboration between Toyota and Maruti Suzuki will have a similar design to the Maruti Suzuki Fronx, but it will offer distinct features. Here are the standout features of the upcoming Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor:
1. Toyota Taisor Design Looks
Toyota Taisor has been prepared with a new set of LED DRLs and a redesigned grille finished in red color. Talking about the design, to differentiate it from its Maruti-based model, the Taisor will feature updated front and rear bumpers, new-sized LED headlights, redesigned tail lamps, and a new set of alloy wheels with a similar profile.
2. Toyota Taisor Interior Features
Toyota Taisor will be packed with features similar to the Fronx’s equipment list. It will come with wireless smartphone connectivity, a digital instrument cluster, a 360-degree surround camera, head-up display, automatic climate control, wireless charger, and a big infotainment screen with ambient lighting. Additionally, there’s a possibility of small changes in the cabin such as a new theme and different upholstery compared to the Maruti Fronx.
3. Toyota Taisor Engine Specification
Toyota Taisor is expected to come with a choice of a 1.2-liter NA petrol engine and a 1.0-liter turbo-petrol engine, which generate power and torque of 89bhp and 113Nm, and 99bhp and 148Nm respectively. These engines can be configured with a five-speed manual, six-speed torque converter, or AMT gearbox.

Car enthusiasts eagerly awaiting the launch of this model can anticipate a price range of Rs 8-14 lakhs for the base to top model. Considering that the Maruti Fronx is priced between 7-13 lakhs, it’s likely that the Toyota Taisor will fall within this range. However, it’s important to note that this is just an estimate, as the actual price is yet to be officially announced by Toyota. The arrival of the Toyota Taisor in the market will intensify competition among cars with similar features, including the Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet, Renault Kiger, Hyundai Venue, and more.
